I was experiencing a difficult GPS functionality issue with the Skyhook system on my twin-engine MerCruiser setup, their technicians went above and beyond to get it resolved. The staff worked directly with MerCruiser engineers to troubleshoot the problem, identify the root cause, and implement the needed corrections. This was a complex issue that I would not have been able to resolve on my own, and their knowledge, persistence, and professionalism made all the difference. It is reassuring to know that Wyoming has access to such highly skilled MerCruiser technicians! Their commitment to customer satisfaction and their ability to keep boats operating at peak performance is outstanding. I highly recommend Casper Marine & Rec to anyone looking for expert marine service and support!
