My experience while in the shop was excellent! Sharon was professional, polite, and helpful in every way. She went above and beyond to make sure my co-driver, Pumpkin (aka my four-legged co-driver 🐾), and I were comfortable and well cared for. Pumpkin is my rescue cat who just turned one year old on September 1st. He is very timid and shy around people, and he usually hides from others. Over the past three months, we have been in several shops, and no one had ever made me feel comfortable enough to let him out of his pet taxi. But Sharon was different! She was the first person who made me feel comfortable letting him out, and believe it or not, Pumpkin was actually waiting on Sharon! ❤️ That says a lot about the kind of person she is. Animals can sense when someone has a gentle, caring spirit, and Sharon went above and beyond to make both of us feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. Thank you, Sharon, for your kindness, compassion, and outstanding customer service. You didn't just take care of a truck driver; you showed kindness to my four-legged co-driver, too. That means more to me than you know. People like you make a difference, and you deserve to be recognized for it! 🐾❤️

I highly recommend the services this company provides. Between the roadside assistance and the work done at the shop. The effort and customer service is impeccable. From the technicians to the office people everyone was very nice and informative. I've been driving truck for 45 years and haven't had a better experience.

My husband had a very disappointing experience at this shop especially with employee named Sharon. He stepped outside for about two minutes to check on his truck while it was being repaired and when he came back, Sharon spoke to him in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Another customer had been outside with his truck being worked on for approximately 45 minutes, yet Sharon never said anything to him. Sharon's tone and behavior were unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or treated differently because of their race. We hope management takes this complaint seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with the same level of respect and fairness.
