  They messed up their quote for brakes and new rotors. They only counted two rotors instead of four. The guy was going to make it up by discounting 5%. But he only applied it to a single rotor. So I ended up with five dollars off a single rotor. The original quote was for about $852 I ended up paying about $1030. Big-O is the way to go. I should have known better.

  These guys are awesome! Great customer service while providing excellent work. if your looking to get your breaks looked at or redone, then this is the place for you. I thought I may have something else wrong with my breaks and they told me to swing back by to take a look and they took care of that problem in a hurry for me too! Just go here and see for yourselves. Justin, your the man!

  I brought my car into The Brake Stop after being quoted over $1,200 by the dealership for a full break job where I was told that my rotors were warped to bad to turn and my pads were in rough shape and needs to be replaced all around. I was recommended the Brake Stop by a coworker who’s had great experiences here so I gave them a call for a second opinion. I scheduled to drop my car off yesterday morning for a Free inspection and it took 30 minutes. Turns out I didn’t need a full all around brake change that the dealership quoted me and just needed my rotors turned, cleaned and rear pads put on and my brake fluid changed. They didn’t recommend anything ridiculous and gave me good better and best recommendations. Obviously we went with what they recommended doing and we saved $900. Plus the brake pads come with a lifetime warranty. I would definitely recommend them over anyone for your brake replacement needs.
