  Robert is very unprofessional. Took my truck in with the description of a shuttering noise and leaking fluid. Day 1: Robert calls and says nothings wrong with it. He admitted to drive diagnosing it with the windows rolled up. Day 2: Drove it with the windows down but said same thing. Come to find out the A/C was blasting causing him not to be able to hear it. I went to pick it up and was just questioning why I should pay the inspection fee since he did not get it diagnosed nor did he have any suggestion other than telling me over the phone to “drive it until it gets worse”. After questioning the fee, he went into a full anger blowup which was very unprofessional. I will never attempt to use this place again, or recommend it to anyone. I found a different mechanic and he had it diagnosed in 2 hours.

  While traveling from Missouri to Cody Wyoming we happened to have the dreaded shudder and then no go from the 6L80 transmission in our 2015 chevy suburban. Luckily we were within a mile of this place and Robert was looking at it within 20 minutes. They jumped us to the front of the line since we were traveling with six kids and they had the thing ready to go the next DAY!!. BEST SERVICE EVER. Very fair pricing. Thankful for our experience with them.

  They were able to get us in, diagnose the problem and get us a quote for repairs within a few hours. They were super helpful and even called around to price a used part for us.

  Absolute 5 star service from this company. The transmission of my Nissan Titan XD went out and I got a quote from a different company which was several thousand dollars. I was advised by friends to take it to Dayton Transmissions. I dropped my vehicle if for a quote after finding out what the problem was. Within a few hours I got a call that my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up! A loose wire to a solenoid was the culprit. The price for the repair was extremely low. Fantastic and friendly service. You cannot go wrong if you use their services!

  My car recently decided to give out on me and would not move. I got it towed here, hoping that the issue would be a small one and a quick fix. They were able to get in quickly to check on in to find out what the issue was. Unfortunately, the issue was not a small one, nor would it have been a quick fix. They quickly looked for multiple ways to get it fixed and a price for both. Since I was not sure at the moment if either would work, I asked if I could have time to figure out and sort my options out. During this process, they did not rush me and gave me as much time as I needed. I ended up not going with either of the fix options from them and went with a different option. The entire time I was there, they were extremely courteous and helpful to me and answered my multitude of questions. While I do not live in Casper, I would definitely take any vehicle I have there in the future if I need transmission help. (hopefully before it requires an expensive repair.)
