1★ — Avoid this location if you have a reservation you actually plan to rely on.
Booked a Ford F150 (with a toll pass add-on) for a 9-day rental, completed online check-in in full, and even got an "upgrade" upsell email afterward — all signs the reservation was solid. Booked an identical second vehicle for my father the same way. Arrived on time with our whole family (8 adults, 6 kids, flights already rerouted due to wildfires) only to be told there was just one F150 at the entire branch and nothing else available. Another family in line got the same story.
The branch manager was more interested in enforcing line etiquette than fixing the problem he'd created — tried to send me to the back of the queue for stepping away 3 minutes to help with luggage, then handed us off to an intern who made us re-enter info we'd already submitted at check-in. Only when I insisted did a smaller SUV "magically" appear — a Mitsubishi with dried soda on the seats, an overdue maintenance/oil change warning, a 3/4 tank, and a transmission that kept sticking in first gear (a real safety issue for a car full of kids).
To top it off: charged MORE than my original F150 rate for this downgrade, the toll pass price silently jumped from $9.99 to $11.99, and the toll pass device was never actually installed — paid for a service I never received.
This isn't bad luck, it's a pattern: overbook, let customers show up with no alternative, then upsell/downgrade them into paying more for less. Would not rent here again and would think twice about Enterprise generally after this experience.
UPDATE 08/21/26: The branch itself has ignored my email for a full week now, and the automatic replies on these updates are AI bots referring you to their website — where you can only reach them by phone. No contact details, no responsibility, no customer service.
I have been renting cars from SIXT since 2012 and cannot recommend them enough when they have a location nearby! Never using Enterprise again.
