  Went to auto zone today to get brakes and rotors for my car. Long story short the manager wouldn’t even get the dirty by looking at my used brakes. He wouldn’t get them out of the bag to match up with the new ones. He told me to get them out of the bag. I did and then he had me lay the rotor on top of the new one to see if they match. I then said you afraid of getting dirty and he said yes. He didn’t want to get dirty and wanted to live longer. The other employee walked by stating he didn’t think they matched. He then said they did and told me to get my brake out to see if they matched. He looked and said they did. I couldn’t believe I was in an auto parts store and a man was afraid to touch my used part!!!! I also said advanced was cheaper. I made a phone call to advance auto and they told me they would have them ready and I paid less! They also told me they would price adjust so I would go there for now on. Thank you Dylan and co-worker for not being afraid to touch my dirty car parts and also for providing great guest service! They even carried my parts to my vehicle. As a store manager I would be ashamed if I treated a guest like that. SMH.
