I told them it was overheating and all three employees came out looking at my car, looking under my car! The one employee Andrew, was amazing help for me. He tried his best to make me feel better in the situation, and went out of his way to call a tow truck for me, and called the Ford garage to see how much things would cost, which he totally did not have to do! They went above and beyond for me and were extremely amazing help. If I could give 1000 stars I would, these employees were really the best!

Verified the battery being bad and installed the new one for me with the little foam corrosion protector disks that I bought. They made sure to tell me the price and years of warranty for each battery option and set me up with an account to track my purchase bate.

I told her there was no warranty on this item. I am tired of companies insisting you give them your personal information to conduct a transaction. I guess all my business will go to Auto Zone and online parts dealers from now on.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
