  I have never had an easier more pleasant truck buying experience. Heath was great to work with he did everything I asked. Even though this was my first time buying from them, they treated me like I had been a customer for years. I purchased a 2023 Ram 1500 and two weeks after purchasing the truck, I hooked up a 5000 lb camper loaded the bed full and did a 1600 mile trip. The truck ran perfect and towed great. I would definitely recommend H and M Motors for your next vehicle purchase.

  Do your self a favor don't go to this place for service on your vehicle, a made an appointment in person for a tire rotation and oil change on my ram p/u truck 2500 diesel the guy in service said it would be $125.00 i told him it's 6.7 diesel it takes 12 quarts the price can't be right.when I brought it in this past Friday the bill came to just over $250. 00 I then spoke to the parts manager I mentioned the $125.00 and I knew it wouldn't be $125.00 so he took the bill a had to fix some mistakes because It was written up for a 6.4 gas engine in my vehicle instead of a 6.7 diesel engine that is in my truck and the bill came down about $50 to just under $200 .I went to get in my truck to leave and I noticed 2 boxes on my back seat, I think they were fuel filters. I went back in to the dealership and gave the 2 boxes to the parts manager and he thanked me but said they were supposed to be put in there stock department .Last note they overfilled my tire pressure on all four tires.even though I live close to the dealership I won't be going back there for anything

  Service was impeccable, salesmen stayed late on a holiday weekend to get me into my truck. They had exactly what I was looking for and were really knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I highly recommend them, they made me feel like family.
