  Took my vehicle because my low tire light was on, my husband and couldn't figure out why. I came in without an appointment on Sat 8/22. Ed said he had a full schedule, but if I could leave it he would get in and checked before they closed. They checked all the tires, not just the one we thought was leaking. They could not find any issues with the tires or the valve stems. They aired all the tires to factory specs. He gave me some good suggestions on what the issue could be. I am grateful Ed and his team were able to fit my vehicle in! Customer Service was fantastic!

  Overpriced and Slowest shop I've ever been too car wouldn't start taken 3 days now for a battery and starter missed a funeral seem as the only 1 technician has to leave early everyday will not recommend this shop to anyone ever

  I went in for a state inspection that I had scheduled. The guy working told me he would get to me as soon as he could because he only had one guy there. It took about 25 minutes for them to be done which wasn’t bad. When I left to get in my car there were dirty fingerprints on the door of my car. The paper mat that they used to protect my floor mat was balled up on the floor. They were in my car for 2 minutes and moved my seat which was not necessary and the steering wheel and the arm rest were also dirty. Fortunately I had wipes in the car and I wiped everything down before I left. There is no reason that they couldn’t have wiped their hands off before getting in to my car and there was no reason to move my seat when they were only driving in and out of the bay. I won’t be going back there again.

  Not very good phone service. Came off rude when I needed a later apt in the day (I asked for a 5pm, I work until 4:30) and I understand they close at 6. I had to reiterate multiple times my car is brand new and will pass but kinda got pushback. One I got there everything was quick and easy to follow from getting checked in to paying and leaving
