  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline and wanted to make sure the entire team gets the recognition they deserve. From start to finish, the service was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. Christopher, in particular, stood out—he took the time to clearly walk me through everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. What really impressed me was the team’s attention to detail and honesty. They identified an issue with my exhaust system that I wasn’t aware of—caused by rust—and even showed me a photo so I could see exactly what was going on. Even though they weren’t able to perform that repair themselves, they went out of their way to explain the problem and suggest practical next steps to get it fixed. On top of that, Christopher also helped me reset the service indicators on my dashboard after the oil change, which was a small but very appreciated extra step. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and clearly committed to helping customers—not just getting them in and out. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline in Vienna, WV. Even though they were very busy when I arrived, they got me in quickly and didn’t waste any time getting started. I had an oil change, new wipers installed, and a tire rotation, and everything was completed efficiently and professionally. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and made the process smooth from start to finish. It’s clear they value both quality work and good customer service. I really appreciated how organized and fast they were despite the crowd. I’d definitely go back again and would recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and convenient service.

  I had my old changed at the Marietta Ohio at the Valvoline instant oil change once again they do a great job professional and always do great work. I had my rear differential fluid change at the Vienna West Virginia Valvoline instant oil change. They were also very good very professional didn't have to wait long they also do a very good job would recommend to anybody for the multiple things they can do on your car so thank you to both businesses
