  When they say 2 days they mean it. Great work, paint blended perfectly, came out detailed Top to Bottom! Missing Stars because when I dropped the truck off, my wallet was left inside. Not their fault. I called said hey I’m swinging by may be there right at closing could be a few after could you wait..: No, sorry. But when your $500 check was in my hand, you were waiting with a smile…..

  Although our repair took longer than expected, they always communicated with us what was going on and why things were being delayed, and those things were always outside of their control. Not only did they take care of our vehicle, but our repairs were supposed to be done the day our rental coverage ran out, when they realized that they needed one more day to complete the paint work, they took care of us for our rental to ensure we did not go without a vehicle. And although the long repair times was a slight inconvenience, they also went above and beyond and installed my wife’s new headlights that I was not able to get to before putting her car in the shop. We understand that sometimes things fall the way they do and are out of our control, but Elm Grove Collision ensured to provide a top tier service to ease any burden caused by the delays and I couldn’t recommend a more skilled and professional repair shop than Elm Grove Collision. If you want the best service possible provided by people who care, this is where you will find it.

  They are by far the best repair shop in the valley and the staff is absoutely wonderful, from the front desk staff , repair shop, paint shop, estimator and management. They were all very professional with the attitude that the customer ALWAYS leaves satisfied! I will always take my car there for all my repair needs.
