I asked them to put on the donut spare which they did without charging me. That kind of goodwill speaks volumes to me as to the integrity and kindness of Mid-State Ford. I recommend them and believe they will provide an excellent service.

I was afraid to drive it an hour and a half back home, so I left it in the care of Mid-State's service department for a week until my family & I returned to Summersville. Elijah communicated honestly and faithfully with me by phone while my car was in their care. I picked up my EcoSport easily and efficiently, and it worked perfectly after leaving Mid-State Ford. I definitely recommend their service department.
