Recently we took a family vacation to Summersville Lake, and had several problems with our Lincoln Navigator on the way down. Elijah and Alastair worked us into the schedule, and took care of us like family. The kind of treatment and communication that I honestly would never expect from a dealership. Rose and the whole team down there are truly world-class. My only regret is that I don't live closer, as I would eagerly purchase my next truck from the folks at Mid-State Ford. My son had broke down on a trip out of town and the amount of care and patience this scared mom recieved hundreds of miles away was unbelievable.
