- JJJeffMay 12, 20261.0Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation and while they were doing that they came in to tell me I needed a new cabin air filter and they would change it for me for 100 dollars, and I declined because I can do it myself. Later they came back and said I needed new rear brakes and they could change those out for me for 500 dollars! Again, I declined. I then got on eBay and ordered a new Toyota brand OEM cabin air filter and OEM Toyota front and rear brakes for under 200 dollars shipped to my door. The price gouging is ridiculous, there is no way it should cost that much for a simple service. Before agreeing to their insane prices you should do your research before agreeing to anything.
- DHDenise HughesApr 27, 20263.0I had an 8 am appointment had to wait about 25 min before my car was moved. I brought it in for a noise. Talked to me about how the noise said it was normal, I don't think it is normal. Told me I had a belt that needed replacing I gave them the okay to replace the belt. The service guy told me as soon as they had an open bay. I can't believe they pull my car out before asking about the belt. They should have asked before they pulled it out. I didn't get my car back until 3:30 something to 4 I don't understand it took 2 weeks to get the appointment if the technician found a problem with anything should have asked before my car was moved outside. It would make more sense if the technician found a problem give the customer a chance to get it fixed.
- VSVenord SmithApr 26, 20261.0I had my truck diagnosed but two employed mechanics who both heard the fuel pump pumping and flooding the vehicle out and pushing out the fumes...I replaced the battery so that wasn't the source and rather than replace the minimal expense part like the sensor smh...repaired, paid for and traded on another vehicle...God make no mistakes...
