  This is the second time I have rented a Chrysler Pacifica for our large family of 6 vacations. Smooth pick up and drop off with quick transactions and no pushy sales.

  Great experience with Enterprise in St. Albans. Completed the rental process online. They picked me up and dropped me off after I returned the car. I got to drive a brand new vehicle, which was nice. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay a daily fee for a second driver.

  The call center completely messed up my reservation, putting my email in wrong, reserving a vehicle I didn't approve of, and adding the optional insurance without asking me then hanging up on me before I chose a vehicle. The call center also incorrectly told me that I had to keep the vehicle one day longer than I wanted to because they're not open on Saturday and have no key drop box. The store said this is wrong and that we could return it on Saturday and they do have a night drop. The call center really let me down so badly that I will definitely try another rental company when we rent again in 2 months.
