  I went there back in 2017. Alone as a female. I went to look at buildings. The owner showed me some buildings but a man brought his pickup in for some accessories to be installed. When I went to the owner and said I found one. He said I am busy right now dealing with this man since you played around. Keep in mind the owner was standing still talking to the man who owns the truck and they watching the guy that installs these accessories. I replied that’s fine I will just go somewhere else. I did! I went to the buildings on Ingleside Road. They were much more polite and helpful. I even had mine custom built and larger than what I would had got from Leonard’s. I just cannot help but question. If I was a man or I had a man with me. Would he still be rude to me? Considering my sister and my dad bought and had accessories installed on their vehicles as well as bought 2 doghouses off him. They said they didn’t have issues. Well, I did! Just to inform you, owner. To this day in 2026 I haven’t forgot about that coldness you showed me that day. Once you do me wrong that’s the last time you will. I will drive 2300 miles to California first before I drive 10 miles to you to get what I need. And I do tell people about my experiences with you. If it keeps you from getting a few $100 bills out of your wallet. Do me wrong once you don’t get a second chance.

  Leonard would not take my personal check for payment for the utility trailer I purchased. I told them to call my bank to see if the check was good, but they refused to do so. They said they had to have a certified check from the bank. Also, they didn't have a spare tire for the trailer. They ordered one, but it was the wrong tire. Leonard was not one bit apologetic for the trouble I had to go through just to purchase a utility trailer from them. The manager did not care. The trailer is already rusting badly. I don't plan to buy any more products from them.
