  I have rented twice from this enterprise and both times it's been a headache! 1st time car was dirty and smelled like skunk horribly. Noticed something under car and figured out someone hit a skunk with it. I returned it in better condition than I received it. The salesman at the time was trying not to gets us to rent from them. 2nd time I needed a truck and received how many phone calls a day wanting to confirm my reservation. Then one person said didn't have a truck wanting to put me in a car or suv. Then the next would say yes we have a truck. Took us over an hour to get the truck while 6 people came and left with there rented vehicle. Once again truck was dirty, cigarette butts on carpet, dog hair and nose prints on windows. So I cleaned and detailed truck so I wouldn't get the blame for this and loose are $200 deposit upon returning it. We returned truck on a Tuesday in better condition than we received once again and they didn't even check truck in until thrusday. Said the truck person was there she was on her way back from beckley and when she got there she would checked it in. She never did! For 2days we called and got the run around by some rude people not wanting to deal with this. We just wanted are deposit back! Which is to be released at time of return of vehicle according to paperwork. We did not receive the deposit until Friday. I have rented from enterprise all my life and never had any issues as I did with this one! Word of advice go somewhere else! I will never rent from enterprise again!

  The Princeton Enterprise is a great place to rent a vehicle. The establishment is very clean and the customer service was fabulous. I highly recommend them.
