  This was my first time renting, if other businesses was stacked with Employees like Trevor and Mark the world would be much better. This was the easiest process ever and they made sure everything was taken care of. I was actually dreading going, shoot even the detail guy was helping and explaining. I highly recommend this store/businesses, thanks guys for helping an old man out. S. Smith

  I've had many great rental experiences from Enterprise and all but one (in the past) have been AWESOME! Trevor and Jordan and staff at my local office in Princeton, WV have been wonderful to work with. My only regret is not taking the offer to rent the Mustang convertable lol! I will continue to use Enterprise in the future! Thanks, you guys!

  Drake was super helpful with my rental, even as the office was busy, and Jacob helped drop me off at the auto shop with amazing customer service the whole way!!

  I have tried to rent cars from this location on several occasions to go to the airport only to be told they didn't have any cars available. I have made and confirmed online reservations only to arrive at the location and find it closed with no explanation. Today I had a reservation, called in the morning to confirm that someone would be coming to pick me up, and then nobody ever showed. I had to cancel a very important medical procedure because I had no way to get there without the rental car. I will never use this location to rent a car again, I will take my business elsewhere.
