  Just wanted to let everyone know I recently had an Enterprise rental at the Princeton, West Virginia office… and could not have asked for a better experience in every which way, shape or form. The vehicle I received was exactly what I asked for. The people I dealt with from the beginning to the end, were exactly as if I knew them as childhood friends, due to their unbelievable personalities and willingness to go above and beyond in every capacity of their job and in every category imaginable when renting a vehicle. Personally, I cannot think of one issue I was not totally satisfied with in this situation. Unfortunately, I had to rent their vehicle utilizing a (parked passenger) guilty party’s insurance claim, where she so maliciously damaged my newly purchased truck in a Food Lion parking lot. I had to send my beautiful truck to the body shop for over a week, so there were no expenses out of my pocket whatsoever to begin with. So to be so aggravated originally from the selfishness and total disregard from someone (her) simply bashing my truck with her car door not once but (TWICE😡) and NEVER even looking to see what (she) did ((using Food Lion Video))….but ALL this was THANKFULLY overridden by the total and complete, wonderful treatment I received at this ENTERPRISE office and it’s personnel in Princeton, West Virginia!! Congratulations to this entire operation and again, my sincere thanks to everyone involved!!

  First off they couldn't pick me up from 4.5 miles away, soi had to wait an extra day to get a car. Secondly, the car was not cleaned out well; windows were filthy and dash had stuff all over it. Third, car had absolutely no washer fluid in it, had to go back to have it filled. Lastly, when I tried to call them in the middle of the dat, no one answered the phone for 20 minutes, so I said the hell with it they can call me, and they never did...even 3 days after car was suppose to be returned. Have rented a lot from Enterprise in the past, but never this location again.
