- CACurtis Allison5 days ago5.0Great service by Tyler the technician. New windshield needed after a rock hit the bottom portion and caused a one foot crack. Unfortunately the technician isn't able to save the inspection sticker, so if you're in WV, you will have to get a new inspection and sticker. Also it takes longer for them to do, on newer vehicles, because the safety sensors need recalibrated.
- DRDonald RossOct 6, 20261.0Auto glass seems to be clueless about older vehicles had a 1970 Ford pickup wanted a new windshield, they stated that they did not do that, and they recommended another local windshield installer, called the corporation talked to somebody from overseas. They were uncertain if they replaced the windshields, went to the website, It gave me the selection of a 1970 Ford pickup, 2 door or 4 door and I went through the whole process but I was unable to select whether or not that came with a new seal or not. They told me they would have a specialist. Call me back 1 week later. No, emails, no phone calls. I'm not sure that they work on any windshield that isn't new.

- JSJennifer SamsOct 4, 20265.0Our technician (Chris from the Parkersburg, WV location) was prompt, friendly, and quickly installed our new windshield. We appreciated that he kept in touch during the day so we weren’t stuck waiting for him at the house! Highly recommend.
