Went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready and to come back in 1-2 hours. I looked passed it and let it go. Fast forward to now. I book another reservation online. Get a call about 15-20 minutes later confirming but also saying they don't have my rental. I said ok what do you have. I was told nothing. Why can rent online if you have nothing? In the immortal words of Seinfeld...So you can take a reservation, but you can't hold a reservation. Do yourself a favor and go with Hertz.
