  I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Big-A did a Jasper transmission job for me on my work truck. I was quoted a price for the job and when it was supposedly done, the price went up another $1,700.00, two batteries that I didn't need, an alignment that was in the price of the transmission and they didn't even fix it, (but they were more than happy to take my money)!, they sent it to another shop in Nitro, WV. to fix what THEY COULDN'T and never picked it up. Almost a year later, I eventually had to go get it and costs an additional $2,800.00, they finished the job Big-A couldn't. Since then I've heard nothing but horror stories about less than acceptable work being done with muffler putty and silver paint. It was an expensive lesson to learn and I wouldn't take a Go-Cart there for an oil change! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! P.S. I've included the invoice to put a stop to any denial of service for when they failed at changing locations.
