- TMTina MinnickMay 31, 20261.0Have a 2022 black RAV4 I had a deer the front left fender and a barrel is in the middle construction come up and hit the hood scratched it. I took it to two bodies, The defender they fixed was worse than it was after I hit the deer. It had swirly marks baked in it. The hood had nothing done to it when I got it out in the sunlight. It was snowing when I picked it up, but when I got home and got it In the light swirly’s all over the fender nothing done to the hood. I took it back. They was supposed to re-buff it. The guy just told me well there’s not much we can do because the swirly’s are baked in so my car looks like crap.

My truck got side swiped not crashed and a lot of the damage probably could have been buffed out but no......they have to milk this out for all it is worth!!! It is now 5 weeks later and my truck is still not done and I now have to pay for my rental out of my pocket because Allstate said there was no reason for the delay on this job and TBody's estimate was way over what they estimated. And still they are saying some kind of seals for the door have not come in so if I drive my truck it will probably leak on me. Parts should have been ordered 5 weeks ago !
