  I was happy that the repair could be made within a day of the windshield being broken! The staff was friendly and honest with me regarding their commitments and pricing. I thought the pricing was fair, and they worked very well with my insurance company to reduce the paperwork burden on me. The repair appears to be flawless. I was especially impressed with how quickly they were able to obtain the specific windshield required for my vehicle despite it being a little unusual given my vehicle supports a head-up display.

  After having less-than-great experiences with other Safelite locations, Tom Dillsworth, the manager at the Morgantown, WV Safelite, completely changed my experience to a positive one. Tom went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He took the time to address all of my concerns, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure every detail of my windshield replacement was handled properly. He even fixed my windshield wiper issues that were occurring due to others work. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the work and the customer’s experience, but Tom absolutely does. If you need any auto glass work done, I highly recommend working with Tom and his team in Morgantown. His professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. Thank you, Tom, for taking such good care of both me and my car!

  First off I never leave bad reviews ever this is my first one. And my first visit in there went good but went downhill from there. I had the rear window on my truck replaced by Safelite, which turned out to be defective and leaked water directly into the cab. The water intrusion destroyed my truck’s RF hub, rendering the vehicle completely unstartable and requiring a tow to the dealership for major repairs. While Safelite acknowledged the issue and agreed to pay for the dealership repairs and towing, their customer service and management response has been completely unacceptable: 2-Week Delay: Despite destroying my vehicle's electronics, the earliest they could get me in to address their mistake was two weeks later. Refusal to Cover Rental: Because I needed transportation for work, I had to secure a rental. Now, the local shop manager is arbitrarily refusing to cover HALF of the rental bill, claiming I should have used their internal Enterprise rate—a detail nobody ever communicated to me. I’ve lost working days and income due to their faulty installation, and I only asked for the absolute minimum: to be made whole for the out-of-pocket expenses their error caused. Paying half a rental bill when your poor workmanship rendered my truck completely inoperable is shameful customer service. I am currently escalating this through corporate and consumer protection channels. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle to a shop that stands behind their work 100%.
