  Dillion and Angela were both amazing in helping me throughout my visit the other day. Communication about diagnosis was clear, honest, and straight forward in helping me get my car back on the road. Price was great. Work was completed promptly and accurately. I was quickly back on the road. Highly recommended this location as I will definitely be back with all of my automotive needs

  I am highly disappointed with the service at NTB and their failure to honor the 60,000-mile tire warranty.After discovering a puncture in my tire that wasn't holding air, I called ahead to see if they could patch it and discuss the premature, uneven tread wear on the set, which has fewer than 40,000 miles. They told me to come in. However, after waiting for over two hours, they refused to service the tire because I had previously placed a temporary plug in it. Furthermore, they stated they would not honor the treadwear warranty without meticulous records proving the tires had been rotated every 5,000 miles. I perform my own oil changes and rotate my tires with every change, but this self-maintained documentation was rejected.To make matters worse, they initially told me they did not have replacement tires for my truck in stock and that it would take three days for them to arrive. While waiting to see if they could at least mount my spare, I checked their website and found that the tires were, in fact, available at their location. When I showed this to the front counter, they recanted their previous statement and admitted they had them in stock—but then claimed it would be at least another two-hour wait to install them.Ultimately, I had them top off my tire with air and decided to drive home instead. The lack of accountability, poor inventory awareness, and dismissive customer service were incredibly frustrating.

  I don’t know what they do to pump up their reviews but this is the worse place I’ve been. DO NOT take your car here, they will rip you off. Charged me over 200 to replace my headlights, pretty sure they didn’t even replace them. Proceeded to fail for me an inspection claiming my breaks were bad. Took it over to Firestone the next day and they passed me, and they said that my breaks were fine. They’re scammers, plain and simple.

  Do not trust their brand of tire or workmanship they have slow leaks around bead and or stem and say they did nothing wrong. It was on a camper to it took 4 days before I discovered the issue. And because it is camper tires that have no warranty they don't care and will just charge you to fix their poor job! Then worker on the phone tone is very condensing saying you must have a nail, ummmm no there was no nail!! Never again will I trust or trade with NTB! Buyer Beware!

  Good service but very bad customer services. I went for the first time to check my car flat tire. The receptionist Female told me we are short staffed and can't serve your except after 2 hours, I told her I already have an appointment, she told me will see, and she took the key and left me for a long time, I asked to leave and they can call me. The tire had a nail and had to be charged, I left my car for the next day, till they make an order for my tire. They never called me back. I called them latter next day and they told me my car is ready. I went to pick up my car and the same woman met me and asked me to sign a responsibility of the liability of equilibrium of the car, I asked what does that mean, she told me that because you chose to change one tire, not the the four. I told her why you didn't tell us that before, she told me that we told your husband yesterday, but that was not correct. She never said that, and I asked her if someone will show me the changed new tire and the kind and status of the new tire, she answered we don't know which tire is changed, 😌. You can pay and get your car and go. She was not good at all in her customer service, and I didn't like her way of discussion, and got so nervous. Then I got my car and left without anyone showed me the new tire if it is the correct one that we ordered and that everything is ok. The mechanic person was very nice and professional but the receptionist in the customer service woman was so mean and unprofessional.
