  I had the misfortune of having an accident totaling my car a few weeks ago. Obviously it' was no fun experience to go through. The experience was not nearly as bad as it could've been thanks to Enterprise w/ special big ups to Amari & Ainsley(sorry sp?). I've rented quite a few cars in my life. I’ve never even expected to be treated so well by a rental car company. It was not exactly a smooth process, but all enterprise staff l interacted with(at local location & the customer service center) went out of their way to make the event as painless as possible. Thanks you guys so much for all your help throughout this unpleasant but necessary process😁

  Payton B and the other associates from the Morgantown WV (previous Don Knotts location) were exceptional. They were courteous, polite and very friendly. I would highly recommend this location for all of your rental needs.

  We had to make a short and very unplanned trip to FL with a total of 5 family members. The van we rented was great. We experienced a few issues along the way but when I told the rep at Enterprise about them I was refunded part of my money due to the inconvenience. The staff at Enterprise was more than helpful. I highly recommend them and I would rent from them again.
