  Got my oil changed here 02/14/2026 and the reminder sticker on the Windshield wasn't changed. Called in the get the mileage reading from last oil change and representative suggested that I have oil changed after 3K miles. Even though the Lexus Dealership recommends 5K miles oil change intervals, they insist that "Valvoline" recommends (3,000) internal on a Full Synthetic oil change. Strange that they can't find the inoice given that it has been less than 90days since my last service at this particular facility. Seems like a money grab.   I always go w/full synthetic oil but not told that they didn't have it so a tech went to auto parta store to pick some up but they only had 5 quarts my van requires 6 so they mixes the 5 with 1 they had and was told that all synthetic oil was the same. I've been using valvoline oil express for all my vehicle and this last time was not something I wanted to hear, hoping this doesn't hurt engine in any way

  Every time I go there I feel like because I'm a woman they stick it to me with things this past time it was $201 well this is the last time I will go back I only went for oil change the first time and I couldn't get my oil filter after they had charged me for it the guy was supposed to come to my house and put it in he never did now the manager had to put it in for me this time but with hesitance like I was lying well it was right there on the invoice where I took and paid for it before and my filter was filthy every time I go in there they add extra prices to things I want a simple $89 and that's too high oil change but for some reason it always comes out way more that's why this will be my last time I'm going to jiffy lube

  No clue what they’re doing. Made every other car back out because they didn’t know how to line the cars up right for service
