- SDSonya DohertyAug 28, 20265.0I was hesitant to return to this location, however, I trust Vavoline for my oil changes. I was Highly impressed by the new management - Dwayne Bolton. Not only professional, but personable. He assisted me with resetting the alert system, which the previous crew was not willing to do because I drive “a foreign car” (Lexus). Not this time! Dwayne appears to be focused on customer satisfaction, and provides exceptional customer service. As we know in Leadership, that same standard flows down to his employees. Gunther, Nicholas, and the rest of the crew were personal, caring and informative. They are clearly being educated on the importance of customer service. They served with a smile, they engaged with myself (as the customer), very well trained. I would HIGHLY suggest this location, based on the customer experience and safe service with a smile! Excellent job!
