  Nothing wrong with your team members, just your system. I wanted the next visit to be 5,000 miles on the window sticker but your system doesn't allow that 👎👎

  I really enjoy the employees. I’m happy overall on services. My only issue is lining up customers for bays before knowing which bay is moving faster. They need to let customers sit - at the corner- and not put them into line for a bay until it’s their turn. I say this because two cars came in 10-20 mins AFTER me m, but THEY were GONE by the time I was in my bay, all because someone in my line got an engine flush. It’s happened three times now. As a single mom, watching people get there after me to leave before me? It’s gotta stop…. Have people wait, and pull them up to the bays as the bays become ready. This would also be smart in an emergency, and for the employees air quality too.

  Have gotten oil changes here a few times, and finally got Valvolined. Car seemed ok at first. Then it started leaking oil and smoke started coming out of the engine. Had to get my car towed to a mechanic and they found substandard work. Turns out whichever tech did my oil change tightened the filter too much and cracked the seal causing a slow leak of oil to the point it was dripping on hot metal causing the smoke. Thankfully I was able to catch this before a total loss. I will not be taking my car to any Valvoline ever again.

  I have been going to this shop for awhile because they are quick and effective with thier services. The only thing I didn't like in this visit was when receiving a coolant refill, it was not topped to full as I would have liked. Otherwise I do like this shop.
