  I had a technician come look at a problem with my HVAC unit. He ran some tests and ended up telling me the compressor unit was bad and I would need a new unit. He gave an estimate of $9698.00 for replacing a 1 1/2 ton unit. He basically lied to me. I had another company come out and look over the HVAC unit. The technician from this company ran some tests. He comes back inside and tells me it was a capacitor. The unit is working completely fine. I can’t believe the technician from your company was going to have me purchase a new unit for almost $10,000, when all he had to do was switch out the capacitor which was less than $250. I will NEVER use your company in the future. Why would you try to rip people off in this manner. If there was a way I could give you no stars I would.

  From the start I was sorry I agreed to use this company. Bud came out and seemed very knowledgeable, which I think he is,, but from that point forward, it was downhill from there. When the crew showed up, they had the wrong work order. What should have taken 4-5 days, took 10 days. It was a very sloppy job, the cleanup was terrible. I still have insulation all through the craw space and basement that needs cleaned up. The wiring was so bad, they had to come back. They also cut wires on the install that had to be repaired 2x because they spliced them instead of putting them in a box. The Cooper tubing had to be redone on an elbow because they didn’t have the fittings they needed and bent the pipe. They sit handler was put at one end of the house instead of the center where I wanted it, now there is very little airflow at the back of the house. Very uneven. I called them to come back out 8 weeks ago to put baffles in or something to equalize the system, they promised to come back and never heard from them again. No matter what, use someone else, anyone else, it couldn’t be worse. And the warranty they advertise , doesn’t mean anything. Oh and by the way, Bud never came back after he poorly mapped the ductwork and the system. He does not care. He did seem like a nice guy, but he as the owner, does not care.
