That being said, the 2-star review is because of the following reason: The bottom line is there is no justifiable reason, with that much lead-time, Bucky's the work should have been delayed as much as it was. It is clear they fail to plan properly for upcoming work. The original claim and estimate was completed on February 16, 2026 and the repair was scheduled on May 11, 2026. The repair was scheduled 84 days after the estimate. An additional estimate for additional damage was completed 10 days later. Bucky's still had 74 full days, over two months, to order and receive parts, determine quality of parts receive parts, and schedule any necessary third-party work or calibrations required. The repair was estimated to be 3 days. This repair took 7 days and the excuses given were: 1) The hood arrived damaged and needed to be returned (they had 84 days to receive parts and check for damage). 2) Third party calibration was required to ensure front sensors were working properly following repair work; and they were having trouble scheduling the repair person to do the work. (they had 84 days to schedule third-party calibrations or other work).
