I stopped in to get a battery/alternator test relatively certain I needed a new battery. Krista G. assisted me up at the front counter going out to test my battery with me and explained that while the battery was still holding a charge the CCA were down which was causing my issues. Krista then recommended me a battery based on budget and walked me through the additional features and warranties on the more premium batteries. I ended up getting the premium battery with the 5 yr warranty and she made sure I knew to get the battery install kit to protect my investment. Krista even offered to install the battery for me, but I opted to do so myself and they offered me any tools I would need to do the job on loan. I was able to get in and out with new battery installed in under 30 mins.

I stopped here today on my way home from work because I was having car trouble. I wasn't completely sure what I needed. One gentleman listened to what was happening and came out to look under the hood of my car with me. We determined it would be ok for me to drive it the rest of the way home. However, due to unknown reasons, it would not stay running when I tried to leave. I called AAA and waited in my car. About 10 minutes later, the other gentleman working this evening came out to ask if I needed them to call me a tow truck. I thanked him and told him I had one on the way. He said I could wait inside, but I wanted to stay in my car so I didn't have to wear a mask more than needed. Once my car was towed I did go inside until my husband arrived to pick me up. The two gentlemen working tonight were very kind and helpful even though we couldn't figure out the issue and I did not make any purchases. Thank you for having such kind and decent employees!!!
