  I bring both my toyotas there. Robert makes sure im treated with respect and my trucks are well cared for. The guys do alot more than tires and oil changes! I recommend you give them a try!

  Took time to talk to me over the phone and explain things to me where I could understand everything before I brought my Ford Connect in. Fast service and friendly service found out the problem didn't have the part I needed so got it ordered and made me another appointment to bring it back in to get it fixed. Didn't over charge me actually saved me money for the service I had done and for what I'm having done. I'll be staying with Mr. Tire in the future because of their honesty and friendly service. I think everyone should give them a try. To be honest when I got home I actually called different places and found out that no one would do what I'm having done as quick or as cheap as Mr Tire or back up the work done. That alone tells me all I need to know. If you can't stand by your work or your word , what kind of business are you running? I had an oil change with synthetic oil and I'm going to have the catalytic converter done on Wednesday. I got there late on Wednesday and they still worked on my Ford Connect. They did great work and it turned out cheaper than the quote was. I'm very happy with what was done. Having the catalytic converter changed out has improved my gas mileage a lot already. So in the long run I'm saving money by having the work done now. They've helped me make the decision that whatever work I need done on my van in the future if Mr. Tire can do they will be the only ones working on my van. I'm so greatful I was told about Mr. Tire in Lewisburg. They are friendly and take time to talk to you about everything you ask and explain it to where you can understand it. Thank you so much.

  Literally left the car wash after extensively cleaning the interior of my 2024 Explorer and popped into Mr. Tire for an inspection sticker. The place was empty, and they took me right in. Unfortunately the technician that performed my inspection was so poorly groomed, that he tracked muddy footprints and dirty hand prints all over the driver portion of my interior. It required an additional wipe down after I left.

  We got a Flat tire on a Saturday while on vacation 800 miles from home! The situation got worse when we realized we had a flat donut tire with no jack or lug wrench! Call to AAA got the donut aired and replaced but...what to do about the tire cuz no donut would be safe for a return trip! The AAA serviceman suggested Mr Tire as they were open on Sundays. We got a motel for the night and headed to Mr Tire in the Am. They opened at 9 and we pulled in about 9:15AM. The gentleman at the desk was Super Friendly and helped us pick out 4 new tires which he Immediately installed and had us all fixed up and back on the road by 1030am! Road trip saved! Thanks Mr Tire!!!!

  When I called Mr. Tire, I was in a bit of a panic as I had just found a knot in my front tire. I knew I needed to get it fixed ASAP because I was about to go on a road trip. Mr. Tire was the only place that had my size of tires in stock (or so they said) for a reasonable price. I went on my merry way to get my tires changed. When I got there, the man fixing my tires came to me and told me that all of my tires were bad. “All of them are bald and really aren’t safe to be driving on” he said. Obviously, I had no intention of buying the first two tires so I surely didn’t have the money for four. I told him I would have to think about it. He continues to pressure me and tell that I need four tires instead of just two, that the current tires I had would only last me about 3 more weeks. (They are not anywhere near bald btw) I didn’t end up buying the new tires, I told them just to do the two. About an hour after the first interaction, another man comes out to me and says “I have good news and bad news”. He then informs me that the two tires he told me they had in stock on the phone were no where to be found. They had searched the whole building and my tires weren’t there. At this point, I am fuming. Blood is boiling. I had already been there for well over an hour. They tell me the good news is they sent someone to meet a worker from a shop in Beckley to get my tires so they could get it done today. I ended up still paying full price and I was there nearly 3 hours. 10/10 would not recommend.
