  Trish or Trisha not sure what her name is but I had an outstanding experience thanks to the service writer at Mitsubishi. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, and it truly made a difference.
