He was very judgmental and questioned whether my military ID was real simply because I’m a young woman. He repeatedly acted like he didn’t believe it was valid, and then told me I couldn’t even use it. His behavior made me feel singled out and disrespected. The situation was so uncomfortable that other employees came over to apologize to me for how he treated me. No customer should be judged or spoken to that way.
