  Mindy Starkey , went beyond the call of duty driving over a hour and a half round trip to another shop because they only had 3 of my tires in stock, I have to take my daughter to the Cleveland clinic tomorrow we live in WV. She was the only manager there , Rich was the ONLY Mechanic working as well … I watched the front of the store and let Rich know anytime a customer came in. Give them a raise !!! 💜

  I made an appointment for a tire patch for first thing in the morning. I was in a bind and needed a quick fix to get out of town. When I went to the shop they told me it would be 5 hours. The person at the desk had poor customer service skills and was not willing to help. I called Teays Valley Auto Center. They were more than understanding. They squeezed me in and had me on the road in 45 minutes.

  I went here to get 4 new tires for my vehicle. They initially said that I could drop my vehicle off and have the 4 new tires on so I made an appointment to do that. I dropped my vehicle off for a few hours and then got a phone call that they could only put 2 tires on because one of the new ones had a defect and I would have to bring it back the next day to put the 2 additional ones on. I agreed to do that. I then got a phone call a couple hours later saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. I pull in and immediately notice all 4 of the original tires are still on there, including the spare tire I had been using… The lady said she isn’t sure what happened because the paperwork said they put 2 new tires on, but if I bring it tomorrow they could put all 4 on for. So I bring my vehicle back in on day 2 thinking I’m getting 4 new tires. I drop my vehicle off at 8 in the morning and they don’t call me until after 4 pm saying it’s ready for pick up. I expect to see 4 new tires on my ride when I pull in, but long behold there are 2 new tires and 2 of my old tires. I walk in and say that they were supposed to do all 4… The guy says one of the tires did not come in like it was supposed to, but it should be here tomorrow and I could drop it off and have it completed. They acted like it was not a big deal at all and offered me no discount, even tho I am leaving my vehicle there for THREE full days to do a job that could be done in a couple of hours elsewhere. At this point I am paying for my time. I cannot go 3 full days without a vehicle. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need tires on your vehicle.

  Want to leave a big shout out too the manager Cody, we broke down in WV 4 hours away from home with little to know help around us and as the manager he came thru and worked on our truck too make sure he could get us home safely! He did a fantastic job and was super helpful. If you're in the area I would recommend him to anyone. We appreciate all the help we received from the business as a whole but most importantly from Cody himself. Thanks so much again!🙌🏾🙌🏾

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Cody at Mr. Tire! We drove all the way from North Carolina to Chicago, and on our way back home to North Carolina, our vehicle broke down in West Virginia. We had it towed to Mr. Tire, and Cody worked extremely hard to get us back on the road. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we could make it safely back home. We really appreciate his hard work, patience, and dedication. Cody definitely deserves recognition for the way he helped us when we were in a tough situation. Great mechanic and great customer service! 💯👏🏽 Thank you again, Cody!
