  Stellar service! My tires arrived first thing the morning after I called and was able to get all 4 tires done that day. Shout out to Cody Boyd for the service he provided and for being a great reminder that there are good people in this world.

  After finding a nail in my tire, I called and made an appointment. My appointment said 6 PM and they close at 7 PM. I was then told they have an outside source that makes the appointments and that they would not be able to look at my car that day. They even went and got another person to explain to me about their appointment system. I was asked if I wanted to leave my vehicle and they would get to it in the morning. I found another service and it took less than 5 minutes to plug the hole !!! So even though I was given an appointment and was told they would happily squeeze me in, I was left driving an unsafe vehicle. Will not be coming back to this establishment.

  Dropped my truck off at 730 am for an alignment and to mount balance tires i canceled tires because they wanted 96.00 per tire to mount and balance didn't finish alignment until 430..

  Went in for tire rotation, oil change, and wv inspection. The appointment was at 4pm and my car didn't go in the shop until 5:35pm. The paper work said they checked my air filter, cabin filter, checked the tread on the tires, and they were at a 7. The air filter needed changed 3 months ago but the store I went to didn't have it in stock. So I know it wasn't good. My cabin filter has not been changed in 3 years so I know it's not good, the tire I had checked a week later and mind you I do not drive much. Was testing at a 4.5 also they were not rotated. The back driver tire that I know has a plug in it is still in the same place. But I got charged for all of it. The lady that works there rude from the moment she saw it was an online appointment.
