  Had a miscommunication with Them and they didn’t order the appropriate sized tire for the back, taking an extra day. They more than made up for it with discounts and great customer service. Will definitely be back.

  Ordered tires a week ago and had them delivered here and set an appointment for 930 this morning. Arrived and they acted like they had no idea, then was trying to charge me again for installation. Now, after all that, they're saying no tire techs showed up for work. I can wait or reschedule. Pic is proof of when i ordered.

  The phone number listed connected to a foreigner that could not speak English. I finally found that if option 3 was selected I got to speak to the lady running the shop. From there on everything went great. Very little wait time and service was as it should be.

  Had an alignment done on my Silverado at the Teays Valley location and the job was not completed. When an alignment is performed on the Silverado a steering wheel calibration is required and a fault light come on the dash. I picked the truck up and the light was on so I told the employee that and immediately I was told it was already on and I knew that was a lie. Typical of a lazy mechanic. Took it back after a cool down and again was denied and told to take it to a dealer. They never offered to connect a scan tool and take two minutes and perform a calibration. If this business can’t perform a complete job then they need to shut there doors. Worthless

  man i was 4 hours away from home and thought i just had a blown tire, which ended up being so much more. cody really helped figure it all out and got us back on the road in under 3 hours for a job that originally wasn’t going to be done until the next day at the earliest. 10/10 phenomenal service and everyone was super friendly. if you’re in the area and need quick assistance i highly recommend you come here
