  Great experience!!! From beginning to end Safelite took great care of me and I basically didn't have to lift anything but a finger to get my windshield replaced. It was fast and affordable and they offer Afterpay which really helped me out. If you know you know...Afterpay is a God sent for this type of thing!!!

  My technician was William. He did amazing, let me know how long to wait for wash / tint, was extremely careful. I’ve been a mechanic a long time and it’s nice to see someone knowledgeable, skilled and competent being on the team

  Safelite on 5th Avenue in Huntington West Virginia is a Top Notch Operation! Exactly on schedule! All questions were answered quickly and concisely, without hesitation. The people are very nice. They take great pride in making sure you know what’s happening and when. Safelite partners with the best insurance company around, ERIE. They work together so it all goes smooth. Hopefully I won’t need my auto glass replaced again, but if I do Safelite will be my first choice.

  Safelite AutoGlass made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to get me in. Their communication was excellent—they kept me updated every step of the way, which really helped set expectations. When I arrived, the service was friendly and professional. The repair itself was done quickly, but without feeling rushed or careless. What stood out most was the technician taking the time to clearly explain the repair process and answer my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. Overall, a smooth, efficient experience with great customer service. I’d definitely recommend Safelite to anyone needing auto glass repair.
