  Negative stars. Carl, the tech who fixed my windshield (Huntington, WV), scratched the side of my vehicle, I'm guessing with his belt or lanyard. He (or someone at Safelite) edited the post-inspection photo to cover the scratches (you can see the black smear). Safelite refuses to do the right thing and cover the damages or even admit fault. The yellow box photo is what was submitted by Carl as post-inspection.

  I called a local auto glass repair shop and was told it would take 3 days just to order a replacement rear van window and cost over $300. My girlfriend said, "Call Safelite." - I am SO GLAD I did. They were able to come out the next day and did the repair for over $100 less. (I used a promo code from THEIR website!) The service technician was amazing and the repair only took less than an hour from start to finish...right there in my own driveway! Safelite's communication was impeccable, kept me informed and assured through every step of the process. The local facility then took over and was absolutely wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable with perfect English from a local American. I will ALWAYS recommend Safelite!

  Safelite was very easy to use from the scheduling to finish when the job was done. I had a technician named Keon he was great and takes a lot of pride in his work. I would 100% recommend safelite to anyone, I’ll be using them from now on for all my glass needs they did a wonderful job. Thanks!

  We originally took our vehicle to get the cracks fixed. Due to their location and size that was unable to be done. The technician came out and took the time to explain to us the situation so that we could make the best decision for us. We scheduled a windshield replacement that day and it was completed the following week. Everything was fast and everyone was beyond courteous. We put minimal effort into getting any of it done. They did all the things for us from beginning to end.

  We had made an appointment August 23rd paid the windshield in full, my appointment and invoice was deleted the 24th at 8am Monday. No notes on the invoice on why it would’ve been canceled. Was called about two days later saying “the new guy dropped 30 plus windshields out the back of the truck, it’s gonna probably be about two more weeks before we can get to your car.” No problem.. I didn’t get a phone call for a reschedule until September 16th for them to only get me in the next day at the shop, they could’ve done the mobile just not until the 23rd. Well I just took my car to the shop the 17th and had the windshield replaced yesterday in the shop, was called three times while he was doing the windshield to ask me to purchase new wipers at almost $40 a piece when I just replaced them 4 days prior to the new windshield, then asked me if I wanted them to change my cabin and engine air filter, I proceeded to tell them no, that I would do it myself. He proceeds to tell me that both of filters were brown almost black.. changed them this morning, their was the least amount of dirt in both air filters. They will try to jab you in every part they can..
