  I recently purchased a 6x12 enclosed trailer from Leonard Truck Accessories, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Andrew and Larry. I originally stopped in to look at the Steel Pines trailers. I really wanted a white trailer, but they did not have one in stock, so they located a white Arising trailer in St. Albans and brought it down for me. I had been going back and forth between the two brands because I was trying to understand the differences in construction, especially the 16-inch versus 24-inch crossmember spacing. I was initially told that the Arising had the same 16-inch spacing as the Steel Pines. When the trailer arrived, Larry took the time to measure it and found that the crossmembers were actually 24 inches, including the floor crossmembers. At that point, I was prepared to go back to the Steel Pines. What impressed me was the way Andrew handled the situation. He made phone calls, investigated the issue, and worked through it with me instead of brushing off my concerns. He got clarification about the Polycore material and the other construction differences, then explained why they felt the Arising was the better overall trailer. Once everything was explained, I felt comfortable moving forward with it. They also went above and beyond after the sale. They installed an additional locking mechanism on the side door similar to the one on the rear ramp door. Instead of charging me the full installation cost, they only had me pay for the part, went to the hardware store for what they needed, and installed it for me. I came back the next day for a hitch ball lock, and they gave me a good deal on that as well. The paperwork was easy, and the 12-month same-as-cash option was helpful. Andrew and Larry always returned my calls when they could not answer. They were honest, respectful, and genuinely tried to find the best trailer for my needs. They told me I could come back if I had any issues, and based on how they treated me throughout the process, I believe them. I am very impressed with Leonard Truck Accessories and would definitely recommend them, especially Andrew and Larry.

  Sold us a 2026 6X12 Enclosed Trailer. Missing screws, stripped screws, 21 screws not screwed in all the way, one of the lights wasn't working, roof wasn't sealed all the way, fender light wires rubbing on the tires, vent seals coming off. He refuses to let us return it. Had to get the State Attorney General Office involved. I hope they shut his whole business down. I wouldn't buy from him or any Leonard's Outfitter or Twin Pines. No quality check or safety check. Trailer has .024 metal when every one else is selling .070 metal. This is the worst Trailer I have ever bought. Kisses DB

  When we arrived our new enclosed trailer was ready to go. I did the paperwork and hubby got everything ready with the truck and trailer. Everyone there was super friendly, fast and efficient thanks so much Leonard Team for taking great care of us!!!
