The truck rental enterprise in Huntington wv has the worst rental. We have reserved a truck 2 weekends in a row and both times we show up and they don’t have one. Very poor customer service. When you have a reserve it’s not just for fun, you actually have something planned. And to talk to a local person at that branch and told yes we have the truck ready for you tomorrow and then it’s magically not there. That is no way to run a business at all. We called for a manager and apparently they were MIA as well. What is the point of reserving a truck if the don’t have it. They should have reached out the day before to try and fix this. I work for a company that does rentals and I can guarantee you this would never happen! I would definitely not rent from the Huntington truck rental. I can understand if it happens once but 2 weekends in a row is crazy. Enterprise needs to get it together and do better! Absolutely horrible service !!!

I had a wonderful experience at Enterprise. I was in a bit of a time crunch, and the branch manager, Elaine Doss, and the Senior Account Specialist, Brayden Caudill, really did everything in their power to make sure I could obtain a vehicle that suited my needs that day. Great staff and very accommodating, but ESPECIALLY Elaine Doss.
