  Great experience in an all around stressful situation. This location needs to be used across enterprise, I have never had as good of an experience at a rental lot, everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, the vehicle was new, clean and the process was easy.

  I will always use this office. After having a reservation for 3 days at another office the canceled while I was on the way. This office went above and beyond to help fix their issue quickly. They definitely saved the day!

  10/10 would rent from there again! Employees were all absolutely amazing and kind. Very quick with getting me taken care of and on my way! I rented from the Huntington WV location close to Marshall stadium. AND I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE that they are open Saturdays as well. Having to keep a car 2-3 extra days bc of locations closed is money some people cant afford to spend so thats really awesome!

  Great people at the 3rd and 24th location in Huntington, only place I ever rent from.. the workers are super friendly and helpful and just a great Vibe, my vehicle was having work done to it at a shop, and I walked to enterprise and asked if they had any availabilities they did at 2pm for me and let me make the reservation on my app and pay with my points I have accumulated over time and so for a days rental I had a SUV!! And I wasn’t stuck without a Vehicle for my Twins Bday that day.. Love going to them!!
