  Everyone I talked to, both in person and on the phone, at the Huntington, WV - 3rd Avenue Enterprise office was helpful and friendly, and had great attitudes. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location!

  Rental process was quick n efficient. The gentlemen working at the 3rd ave location in huntington wv are very professional and quick. Answered any questions I had and the enterprise app was also fast n effective with adding a couple extra days with hardly no effort. Will definitely be renting from them in the future for all my renting needs. Highly recommend.

  They were very nice and polite to me and the car they gave me was very nice and clean I definitely would go back if I ever need a rental car.

  The 24th street and 3rd Avenue location should be used as a template for Enterprise on customer service. The employees here are top tier!! I rent here at least monthly and the staff has always been welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Most of all, they are genuine about it. My trim level is always available, reserved upon my arrival, and always ready when scheduled. I cannot praise this location enough. These young adults are the face of Enterprise...and Enterprise looks good!! (PS: whomever is doing the hiring, keep up the good work!)
