  Service was excellent. Jeremy is a great employee. Such a nice young man. He put my mind at ease. Fixed the problem in no time. He was polite and respectful. A breath of fresh air . He needs to be recognized for his service .

  Went into store looking two products. Was greeted very professionally by employee. He asked me " anything I can help you find" i said sure. Where is your valve grinding compound (lapping paist)? He says I'm not sure let me ask my manager. Manager comes over and says can I help you. I said I am looking for valve grinding compound (lapping past) . He says sir I have never heard of that. What is it used for? I said to seat the valves. He says what valves exactly. I said you know the valves in The head. Then he says there are not any valves in the head. Only a cam. I could not help myself but to LOL. I said ok then where is your assembly lube... he said that is right over here.. takes me to the oil treatments.. I say no not oil treatment. I say again assembly lube. He said grease. I said no. Then I say thank you for your help. And walk away and start towards the gasket maker. I am standing there. He walks up and said we'll if you was looking for gasket maker I could have showed you where that is. Then I said no I am looking for valve grinding compound and assembly lube. And with you being a manager you should know what that is. And with you being a manager you should know that engines have valves and valve springs in them.. well that kinda upset him.. So with that being said.. AUTOZONE YOU REALLY REALLY REALLY NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT WORKING ON CARS BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM.. AND REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY NEED TO MAKE SURE A MANAGER KNOWS MORE THEN HOW TO CHANGE A TIRE OR THE OIL IN/ON A VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PUT THEM IN THE MANAGER SPOT.. sorry it was so long but OMG what a laugh I got out of this store and the 2 employees that was there.
