  I was traveling from North Carolina to New York State and got a flat tire in Fairmont WV. The AAA technician recommended Monro for repair. The team there took me in quickly, found a nail in the tire, patched it and I was back on my way within an hour of arriving. The charge was minimal and they were really kind and helpful. Thanks for the great service!!!

  Driving through town and car broke down. Stopped at auto zone and I was recommended to here. I called and they immediately got me in to read my codes. They found the problem and tried to help me in any way they could. Thank you all again!

  First off it's Saturday and there isn't another tire shop that's open, so they were a lifesaver in that respect. Secondly, I didn't have to pay a dime. I walked in told the very helpful young lady working the front desk that I had a plug in my front driver's side tire and needed it patched. I had popped a tire the day before and put a plug in it myself. She said sure, and I handed her the keys. 20 minutes later she was done and handed me the keys back. She said here you go, all done. I stood there for a minute waiting for a price, and she said I didn't owe anything. I said no, I'm not expecting free. How much do I owe you seriously. She said it's free today, still in disbelief I thanked her and told her she didn't have to do that. Very good experience at this tire shop. The girl was very kind, and I will tell everyone I know to take their business here.
