- CGConnie GuiseppiApr 22, 20261.0Yes, on March 7 of this year I went to grease monkey to have my tires rotated. Oil changed transmission fluid changed. I asked them to check my brakes since it was making such a loud grinding noise and I drove several miles back and forth to work. they said my brakes were perfect. They were fine nothing wrong and that the noise would go away probably since my tires rotated and yes, the noise went away. It came back with a vengeance so on April 22 I took my vehicle to Honda. I had no rear brakes. It destroyed my tires. I had to get brakes rotors and tires because of grease monkey.

The workers spent more time walking around on their cell phones than they did working. It's sad that I can go to a dealership and get an oil change done faster. This place has gone downhill.
