  Everyone I talked to was kind, helpful and super friendly. I needed the rental because of an insurance claim and I didn’t need to do anything as far as relaying the claim information, seamless process.

  I was very unsatisfied with my rental experience. The vehicle they gave me was huge. I had asked for a small car. Since they rented me a large vehicle and I was uncomfortable driving it. I agreed to put 4 days extra insurance on it through them. They started taking money out of my account with out telling me first. I don't make much money and I told them that. I had no lunch money for work that day. My bank balance was $0. Lack of communication on their part. I only wanted 4 days of extra insurance since I have insurance through State Farm. Very unhappy about the experience.
