Imagine my surprise when I was informed on Thursday June 11th that Enterprise had never informed the insurance company that the rental had been returned, and they thought I was still driving the rental around 5 days later!! To say I was irate would be an understatement. When I immediately contacted Enterprise, they blamed it on 'not having enough managers'. This is an unacceptable way to run a business.
