  Amazing customer service and and came in and got some new tires and was in and out within 20 minutes amazing place fast and friendly and amazing workers

  I travel to Huntington from Charleston and back everyday, and somewhere along the route I managed to get a screw in my tire. Got home late that evening and needed to get my tire replaced as soon as possible. Called NTB and spoke to Dylan within an hour of closing. They were able to switch my current tire onto the rim and patch the old tire immediately when I got there. They were extremely helpful and professional!

  The is one of the best shops in the area excellent service great prices and great staff especially Dillion you couldn’t find a better person to deal with he is a outstanding person and really knows what he is talking about I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone that is looking for great service

  Can’t say enough great things about this place. Pulled in with only 5 minutes until close with a tire that needed plugged and 3+ hours from home. They took care of it without complaint or question. Highly recommend!

  For the love of God, don't take your car to NTB (National Tire and Battery). I arrived at 10:30 and didn't leave until close to 3:00 pm. All I wanted was to get two new tires on the back, which came out to be $253.31. I waited for two hours just for that to be done. I got told that my car was complete. When I looked at my car, they had completely ignored what I needed done and put two new ones on the front instead. The manager, Brian, said, 'You need all four new tires, so he just picked two.' The ones I needed replaced were the back tires with wires sticking out. I see a lack of common sense. He got snippy and agreed to fix it, which took another hour. Finally, when I thought everything was fixed, I got in my car, put my two kids back in, and didn't even get to pull out of the lot when I heard something grinding. It was a caliper directly touching my rims on both sides . I got my two kids back out of the car, took them in, and talked to the manager. He was very short with me and told me his store manager was on the way. Spoiler alert, the store manager was worse than the assistant manager. My mother and her boyfriend came down to help me with the situation. They pulled all five of us to the back and tried to show us they didn't know why it was the way it was. The store manager even quoted, 'I'm off today,' like this isn't your job. He had an ego shooting through the roof. They still couldn't figure out how to fix my car (six 'mechanics' in total). So I ended up getting my refund, and they gave me the tires for free, like a hush-hush present. Nobody took blame. The 'mechanic' who worked on my car hid like a coward the whole entire time. At first, they didn't even know who worked on it, apparently. Lastly, my car had to be towed off the lot and still is broken. I had to order a part to fix it. My car will be down for 3 days. If you want something done right done go there!!!
