- THTeresa HumphreysOct 8, 20265.0Corinna the manager and Jeff gave me the best service. Met all my needs, my oil change light came on, but still had a 1000 miles to go, but they topped the oil off anyway. Also, fixed my brake lights- all at no charge. Honest people. I have had ny vehicle serviced here before...definitely I will be back 😃 😊
- SBSydney BradshawOct 7, 20261.0When I arrived, I was greeted by a female employee and began asking about pricing for the services. During the conversation, I noticed a strong odor that I believed to be marijuana, and I also observed that her eyes appeared bloodshot. Because the work would involve someone working directly on my vehicle, I became uncomfortable with the situation and decided not to proceed. I made an excuse to leave rather than confront the employee about my concerns. For the time being, I have decided to take my vehicle somewhere else. I simply did not feel comfortable having work performed under circumstances that raised concerns about whether the employee was fit to work safely. I do hope to be a customer in the future, I just may have to go out of my way because the prices did beat where I get my oil changed at now.
- KSKat SimmonsOct 3, 20265.0The staff was very nice and explained every step of the way what they were doing and why they needed to do what they were doing. I am disappointed that I didn’t want my air filter checked, and they said based off of corporate’s policy it had to be checked. If a client is declining a service they should have that right.
- GMGinger MurrheeSep 27, 20265.0Go see Jeff and Elliot!!! Super quick and very efficient, we had our tire rotation and oil change done on our new truck, the fact they rotate tires; all Strickland Brothers locations should do tires too!!
- JHJana hsuSep 15, 20265.0Personnel always honest and friendly. I appreciate that. I've had flat tires that needed air to get to a place to change out my tires, and Strickland Brothers obliged and added air, needed full synthetic oil changes and they are always done expediently and with professionalism/friendliness, and this time I had a loose gasket engine oil leak and they diagnosed it while changing out the oil. Appreciate these folks a lot.
