I feel they went far above and beyond, as I brought in a company fleet car Subaru and of course the fleet company can’t make anything easy. The process took a bit, but not because of anything Strickland or their employees did or didn’t do. But Jeff and Harry handled it with much grace and kept checking on me. Highly recommend.
- AFAbbie FisherAug 13, 20261.0I have taken my Suburban to the Hurricane location several times and only ever was charged around 125 for an oil change. Tonight I had my husband take our Silverado to the Cross Lanes location and he was charged near 170.00 for an oil change with 8 quarts of oil. We will never go back. If you go here ask what your total will be BEFORE they touch your vehicle because they are charging way more than they claim and then justifying it saying that is the cost if you say something.
- DWdustin walkerAug 10, 20261.0Visited on a Sunday. There were 2 gentlemen working but one was being trained. I waited outside the bay for close to 40 minutes before I was pulled in. There was one car in the bay getting serviced. I was shocked when I was quoted over $140 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation on a small 4 cylinder car. That’s higher than the dealership price. I was told the price was more for the convenience but I could have had faster service at the dealership and waited in an air conditioned waiting room. May be better when there is a fully trained staff on site but this was a bad experience.

Stayed in my car, wait times were great, offered a small water while they did my service, they explained and showed me everything (old and new oil, engine air filter), and did not push anything extra on me. They also remembered to reset my oil light!!!! Definitely would come back here again 😎
