I had been going to rush tire for over 20 years to have different things done with my car Plus tires and mechanical work. Yesterday I called and wanted to have some additional work done and the boy that answered the phone would not give me his name. I told him who I was and how long I had been doing business with them and he would not give me his name. He kept asking me if I needed something and I asked him for his name and ask him to let me speak to someone who had been there a long time he eventually just hung up on me.. before he hung up, I said please have one of the men that have been there a long time call me back. I heard nothing.. I have never ever done business with any establishment that treated me in this fashion. Why would he not give me his name what was he hiding?

They did a great job installing tires on my F350. They set the tire pressure at my requested PSI and had me in and out quickly. I will return!

After another shop that shall not be named set me up for an appointment at 1:30 for a mount and balance hadn't touched my car or spoken to me by 3:00, I left and went to Rush's. They had the job finished within 20 minutes of me arriving, with a better price than Firestone - oops - was going to charge me.
