  Saturday 6/27/26 I went to the clarksburg 1318 buckcannon pike store spoke to employee Mike inquiring about a drop in bed liner for my .Mike came out side looked at my truck bed after about 45 minutes back in the store I decided on the one I wanted and as he's ordering it he tells me that they they are supposed to charge $100 extra for installation but he said that they don't charge the $100 and won't charge me ,so I paid in full $299.59 w/tax.he said he will be working at a different location but someone will call me when it comes in probably Monday or Tuesday and make a installation appointment. I just happened to be nearby this afternoon (Tuesday 6/30/26)and saw the bedliner out front leaning against the building. I went inside spoke to a short guy with short hair he then made a appointment for the bed liner installation for 9am Thursday but told me there would be a additional installation fee i would have to pay, I told what Mike told me Saturday when i ordered the bed liner that they wouldn't charge me that fee,I also told he should call Mike to confirm that he said no installation charge. The guy in the clarksburg store told me Mike was at the Leonard store in Charleston wv.i called Mike he admitted he told me that there won't be any installation fee but then he was rambling about he didn't wasn't sure about my truck bed, I reminded him we went out side and I showed him my truck and the truck bed before he ordered the bed liner .I then decided to go back in and told the short guy that at this point I don't feel confident of them installing it correctly and the installation fee and I want a refund, that he did . I will never go back to any Leonard store for anything ever , buyer beware, you've been warned.

  Went there have hitch mounted guy told me he did not mount car hitches was very rude
