  Awful phone customer service I haven't been able to get through to ANYONE for HOURS I just have a few questions nobody has picked up if anyone sees this please pick up your phones

  Been trying to talk to someone on the phone for hours. If this is the kind of service they give then how can i trust them after i hit the road. I have been left on hold and forgotten and hung up on and im just trying to ask simple questions

  Not sure if this is the right location but Marcus from the Clarksburg branch deserves a standing ovation for his diligence in making my contract right when I encountered a tornado, and my plans were delayed horribly. Thank you both to Marcus and Levvon, the new regional manager for Pittsburgh; I probably spelled your names wrong but you guys went above and beyond to make my life a lot better after an emergency as well as sub-par service from the South Hills location on library rd. in Pittsburgh, PA. As a frequent customer it really is appreciated.
