  Realmente me decepcionó ya que me dieron un SUV sucio y además de eso tuve que pedir que solicitar cambio de la llanta de repuesto que estaba inservible y solo pretendían ponerle aire ya que había pagado por seguro por la llantas y me decían que eso no importaba, retire el auto a casi las 2pm y debía entregar el sábado a las 1 pm pero debido a un accidente en la carretera llegaba 20 min más tarde y la solución de el call center fue que debían cargarme un día más de renta y me salió por un monto mayor al convencional en vez de darme la opción de entregar en el buzon las llaves cuando está cerrada la oficina. Realmente no volvería alquilar un auto con la empresa ni recomendar el servicio

  We needed a one-way rental ASAP after our car broke down 2 hours from home, and Grant went above and beyond to help us out. He was professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The car wasn’t anything fancy, but honestly, we were just grateful to have something reliable to get us home and Enterprise came through when we really needed them. Everyone we encountered at the shop was very friendly and helpful. It made a stressful situation so much easier. A huge thank-you to Grant and the entire team for taking such good care of us. Great customer service!

  Did not have a good experience with this particular enterprise. Just got hung up on by an employee because they hadn't been doing their job. My rental was returned on August 1st and on Aug 6th my credit card and bank card had been charged. I called the facility to see what was going on and they basically had no idea I had returned the rental on Aug 1st. Clearly cameras don't get watched and inventory is not done every night. She then proceeded to tell me that since the car was not there, because of course they hadn't done inventory, i was liable and would continued to be charged until the car was found. I told her she needs to go out in the parking lot and look for the car and she hung up on me. I called back a few times asking to speak to the manager and was placed on hold and no one ever came, so i called corporate. Miraculously, according to corporate my rental agreement stated the car had been returned Aug 2nd. So I guess someone finally went out to the parking, did their job and found the car. 👏🏽👏🏽 Is it not normal for them to do a count of the cars every night?

  The first time my husband and I rented a car here the experience was great. The second time we came in a women helped us and gave the worst possibly car they had on the lot (a banged up purple mitsubishi mirage) . It was missing the hub caps in both front tires, huge disgusting stain in the trunk, sounded like the car was on the brink of explosion when you started the engine, and there was no registration in the vehicle. A male employee saw the car the women was trying to give us and offered a Nissan Altima for us instead (what we had originally had the first time when we rented) and she told him no, so we asked if we could switch and she also told us no that it wasn’t covered. Which makes zero sense because it was covered the first time when we rented and when we called beforehand they said a Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, or Chevrolet Malibu is the standard car. Once the rental was returned and asked how the experience was my husband voiced all the concerns and staff did not seem to really care. A male employee had to drive him to the car dealership to pick up our car from the shop and even the employee was shocked how rough that car looked and wasn’t surprised by the way it drove. Not sure why a rental was given out looking like it’s coming from the junk yard, feels unsafe to drive, and has no registration.

  Rented a car on 7.23, first car I picked up ac wasn't working. Had to drop it back and was told I would receive a credit. The second car I picked up had only 150 miles to empty. Returned the car that Sunday and was charged for a full tank of gas, even though the car I picked up had only .25 of a tank of gas. I dropped it off with 180 miles to empty. When I spoke with lady who worked there she was annoyed that I would call to get a refund. She hung up on me and when I called back would just place me on hold. Finally got a hold of another employee (the one who I rented the car from) who acknowledged that I was correct about the gas and said they would refund me. They processed my refund and then a few days later noticed they charged me again for the same amount they had refunded. I don't know what's going on there but highly recommend using any other rental car company. Very unprofessional.
