  I called Chenoweth's service department in April to schedule work on my F-150. I stated that the manifold was leaking with a broken stud and that I would like to have it repaired with new manifolds, turbos, and coolant lines that I would be providing. They said it would be a two-day job and quoted me $1,700 in labor. They said they had an opening May 6th and 7th. "Have it there May 6th at 8:20 AM." Perfect. I let the gentleman know that I would be dropping the truck off the night before and all the parts that they needed would be left in the passenger seat and floorboard. So I dropped the truck off on the evening of May 5th. The next morning, they called and went over everything that i wanted again! So, on the afternoon of May 7th, I called to see if my truck was finished. The lady in the service department said that the guy with whom I'd scheduled my appointment was not there and she didn't have any info on my truck. But she said he would call me the following day. I told her that I had only taken two days off from work, and they were supposed to have my truck done that evening for me to pick up. She proceeded to tell me that she wouldn't know what mechanic was even working on my truck and that the manager over the service department was not there that day either. She then said she would go to the garage and try to find something out. She called me back later that day and said that they hadn't started on my truck yet. They weren't sure what needed to be done! I asked her, "Well, why didn't anybody call me? It was scheduled to start work on it yesterday at 8:20 AM." Again, she insisted that she had no idea because the man that scheduled my appointment was not there! Meanwhile, they texted me every single day leading up to my appointment to remind me of it! So now I am out of two days of work that I took off and two 40-mile trips each way to Clarksburg and back with zero answers, zero accountability! When I asked, "Could I at least leave the truck there, and you guys try to work it in and go ahead and fix it since it's already there?" they replied with, "No, I would have to schedule that probably weeks in advance!After I get off the phone with them, I get a text message that I missed my appointment. So everybody, please be well aware of how this place runs its business! Imagine how many others have similar stories!

  Don't schedule anything at chenoweth Ford in Clarksburg!!! I took my vehicle in last Friday for a scheduled recall repair. One big hassle later, I'm sitting in the office waiting for an hour. They come out and tell me they didn't have the part, that they used MY part the previous evening! What!? They assured me they had it when I came in. I'm upset, but these things happen. They schedule me for today and ASSURED ME I would be PRIORITY and had my pick of time and day. I came in and dropped my vehicle off before I go into work. I talk to the tech. All good to go... or so I thought. I just called a few minutes ago to check the status. They haven't even started. Scheduled at 8:40 am and they said they had others to get to before mine after making mine PRIORITY! Terrible terrible place. Do not recommend.

  Tucker did a fantastic job, answered all of my questions and made the process smooth straight from the beginning, and made sure that the car was in the best condition possible before it left the lot. Would 100% buy from this dealership again!
