- HMHeather MaceSep 28, 20265.0Everyone was helpful and was able to quickly process our purchase and we were on our way.
- EMEric MSep 25, 20265.0I purchased a used SUV from Chenoweth a couple months ago now. Coming from out of state, I had my reservations about the level of service to expect because I would not have been a potential repeat customer. The transaction was normal but what really struck me was the after-sale service; there was an issue with the vehicle identified during the sale, Matt and John at Chenoweth stood by their word and made it right within a week. Not only that, but Matt has followed up with me several times since and has performed what I consider above and beyond what I expected as an out of state buyer. I would certainly work with Chenoweth Ford in the future
- TATrishelle AfterBuffaloSep 18, 20265.0Andrew was the best very helpful , very polite I can not recommend someone better made me and my family comfortable with buying our new family car who said buying a car would be so hard lied. Totally going to come back to get myself a mom car soon. Again thanks Andrew your the best.
- VSViolet SpadeSep 13, 20262.0Very disappointed in the results of my car and services from this place. Everyone was friendly and swift, but after purchasing my car, I had a bad starter wire which broke part of my starter (a month into me having it.) and I had a scheduled appointment for my lug nuts, to which they told me they don’t go by appointments, despite me having a confirmation text. Gas milage became incredibly poor after not even a year of owning it. Turns out I had a blown head gasket. All within a year. Wouldn’t recommend this place for purchasing a vehicle, but they were friendly.
- KBKay BoylesSep 3, 20265.0Matthew Kerns was personable and very informative. He made the process very easy for purchasing. The finance department did not push selling extra plans and were very efficient. Would definitely recommend Chenoweth
