  Seriously can’t believe how bad the service department is. Plan on bringing your vehicle for service? Make sure you have another vehicle or rental.

  Outstanding experience with Tucker on the sales team. I called yesterday looking for Information about a 25’ Maverick truck they had on the lot, it had just sold. Tucker was quick to point me to another option they had on the lot that would fit my credit profile and budget. I was able to send photos of my trade remotely, discuss finance options remotely and have a deal in place before arriving today. The finance manager was able to get me bought at a rate 3% better than my current loan. There was some mix up about a tax credit and they made it right by me without me ever even knowing until they fixed it for me. I was able to get a 26’ Maverick with extended warranty and gap right in my budget thanks to the finance manager getting me a solid rate! When I arrived today the truck was full of gas, pulled up front and had a reserved note on it. I was in and out in about an hour. Just an outstanding experience! If you’re looking for a car stop and see Tucker!

  Chenoweth Ford Clarksburg, WV Terrible service department. Made an appointment for service ( check engine light, unknown noise, and recall) and didn't receive my car back until almost 3 months later. During that time, any communication I received was me reaching out to them. Any updates I received were lies and delay tactics. I was told my car was being worked on, only to be told later "I don't know why they told you that, your car hasn't been touched." Luckily a new employee took over the service of my car and I got it back in roughly two weeks after he took over. While I appreciate his attention to getting my car completed and returned, I wonder what was actually done to my car. When I got my cat back, there was somebody's lunch trash (not there when I dropped off the car) in the car. The interior was dirtier than when I had it last. There were ants all over the inside of the car. The engine was the dirtiest it has ever been with an excessive amount of leaves inside. Not long after getting my car back, a tire sensor went out, the check engine came back on, and the noise is still there. I called back to Chenoweth Service department and spoke to the same guy who expedited the previous service on my car. This time he didn't seem at all interested in the condition of my car and scheduled an appointment for my car that was several weeks away. You would think they would bend over backwards to provide me better service than what I had previously received, but that wasn't the case. They clearly didn't fix the problem, but only made things worse by letting my car sit for so long, which I am assuming was under a tree with the hood up and possibly the windows open. I canceled the upcoming appointment, because i do not trust Chenoweth Ford to service my car in a professional and efficient manner. At this time, I do not know what is wrong with my car and am not totally ok with driving it, but i will not take it back to Chenoweth Ford. Unfortunately this is what we have to deal with. Forced to trust a company, only to be disappointed. This location is in Clarksburg, WV.
