  I wanted to take a moment to share an exceptional experience I recently had at Astorg Auto, and specifically recognize Doug for truly outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the moment I inquired about a vehicle online, Doug made the entire car-buying process feel easy, comfortable, and completely pressure-free. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Something that can be rare when purchasing a vehicle. What stood out most was Doug’s attention to detail and genuine care. He kept me informed at every step, ensured all options were clearly explained, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. His professionalism, transparency, and positive attitude made what can often be a stressful process actually enjoyable. The entire experience from initial conversation to final paperwork was seamless. It’s clear that Doug takes pride in providing top-tier service and building trust with his customers. He even organized the delivery of the vehicle since I do not live near dealership.   This will be the last place that I ever buy a car! I have never had a better experience buying a car from start to finish. Alex is so helpful and kind. He worked diligently to make sure that I got the exact car that I wanted. I can't recommend him any higher.

  We are very pleased with Astorg Auto. Alex was our salesman for our recent purchase, and he is just awesome. He is friendly, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. He is very experienced and definitely made the purchase process very enjoyable. It was a pleasure to meet the new sales manager, Derrick, who is also very friendly and professional. Our experience with our other Volvos has been wonderful here. Josh, the service manager is Great to work with. He is always friendly, professional, and very helpful.   What can I say? Those at Volvo Charleston are great. They honor what they say, and you leave feeling good about your purchase, not wondering if you got scammed. Doug Green was my online contact for our lease, and he has been on it and very responsive every step of the way!!! I highly recommend Doug and Manager Maverick! Will be returning!
