I asked very nicely about 2-3x if they could get me in and was still told no. I told them it wasn’t 6 yet and was told “they don’t want us on the clock passed 6.” Not even 6pm at the end of this conversation. Won’t be returning.

Asked for the cheapest oil change and at the end charged me $87. I was taken aback but didn’t want to argue. They did not give me $15 off. My boyfriend called and asked what happened and they said “she didn’t mention seeing the sign”. Dirty place. Rather make the drive to southridge for much better service and people who listen to their customers and don’t try to take advantage.

I wasn't sure which oil was best for my vehicle or my budget, and they took the time to explain the options and recommend one that fit my price range without pressuring me into a more expensive service. The total came to about $103 including the oil change, filter, fees, and taxes, which was less than I expected. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and the whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely come back for future oil changes.
