  Tell you one price then you get the bill for way more than expected and they wont give you the bill to show you the fees until after you pay

  Had windshield replaced. Great service from the customer representative setting up the appointment to the technician coming to my house to Safelite and my insurance company handling all the paperwork. Easy, stress free process and I would definitely recommend Safelite!

  Horrible experience. Guy came out repaired windshield and told me that it was structurally sound but the crack still was visible and then if I wanted a new windshield, I would be credited the $136 towards the new one. I said OK thank you not knowing how much a new one cost after finding out that a new one is $724. I think that I will live with the crack three hours later I go out to my car and the crack has spread significantly after 45 minutes on the phone with two customer service representative. The best solution is that after paying them $136 to come make the problem worse I owe them an additional $600 to replace the full windshield and I am already discounting the $136 in this equation, horrible customer service horrible repair
