  We were in an emergency situation off the interstate and needed a repair or replacement tire at 4:00 in the afternoon. We were attended to right away and had professional evaluation and recommendation quickly. In a short time we were on our way. So glad our AAA emergency man recommended Mr Tire in Charleston, WV

  Needed a tire repaired and put back on my car, with the spare returned to its holder under the car. Tire repaired and but back loose in the back of my SUV. I went back in and asked for it to be put away. Was told it was, didn’t check, got home and it was still loose in the back of my car. Plus spare still on my vehicle and repair tire is overinflated. Best not to trust the kids working at Mr Tire

  I set up an appointment for 3pm to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. I showed up at 2:30. There were 2 people waiting when I showed up, most of the garage bays were empty. It is now 6:00, and I am still waiting. Why even take appointments, if you dont honor them? Find another place to go.​

  Have been taking my cars here for many years and not sure what has happened lately. Calls go to a call center and the shop seems to have all new staff. I went in for a brake inspection and tire rotation (on the expensive tires I bought here), and they did not even put air in my tires. And - they said I needed calipers, rotors and brakes all the way around for $2100. I took it to Marty's in Nitro and only needed rear brakes for around $500. And they put air in my tires (for free).
